Production line operator – Flower Industry Netherlands

International Flex Job B.V. is looking for motivated and reliable candidates to join a company specialised in the international flower trade in Aalsmeer, one of the most important flower production and distribution areas in the Netherlands.

As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for preparing flowers and bouquets for auction and customers. This is a great opportunity for candidates who would like to gain international work experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and multicultural working environment.

Job responsibilities

• Sorting and unpacking flowers.
• Cutting and preparing flower stems for the machine.
• Packing flowers and preparing bouquets.
• Checking flower quality and counting products.
• Labelling products for auction or customers.Carrying out general tasks on the production line.

Requirements

• English level: A2+ or higher (the online interview will be conducted entirely in English)
• Previous professional experience is not required.
• Experience in production, logistics, warehouse or factory work is an advantage.
• Driving licence, EPT or forklift licence is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work standing for extended periods.
• Responsible, flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
